Your Office Mouse is an affordable alternative to high-priced temp agencies. Our rates are based on
industry standards.
$30 per hour for general administrative tasks:
- Typing and data entry
- Making copies (additional charge for more than 50 copies or for color copies)
- Preparation of conference/meeting materials
- Preparation of mass mailings (postage additional)
- Proofreading
- Taking phone messages
- Internet research
- Listserv or address book maintenance
- Conversion of documents into interactive/searchable PDF documents
- Conversion of documents into PowerPoint presentations
- Development and maintenance of restaurant menus
$50 per hour for more advanced tasks:
- Web development and maintenance, including making websites accessible and cross-browser compatible
- Database maintenance (MS Access and Lotus Approach)
- Performing monthly validation checks of all links on your website (minimum time billed is a quarter hour)
$75 per hour for hardware/software support:
- Replacement of hardware components (parts additional)
- Installing or upgrading software programs (You must have purchased the software programs
and have valid licenses.)
- Performing monthly security updates on your office computers and laptops
Travel expenses is at the rate of $.505 per mile (2008 IRS mileage rate).
Sales tax will be charged where appropriate for services provided and mileage.
